The opposite of black and white isn’t grey.
When people disagree they tend to take polarizing sides. But they truth isn’t black and white, its not always so clear as right vs. wrong or good vs. evil. The truth, as I’ve often heard it said and even said myself, is somewhere in the grey.
It’s true in some ways… but also not quite fully accurate.
The truth, the real truth, is in multicolour. So many different colours overlapping and mixing together to make a world of beauty and complexity and passion that is so much more than black and white and shades of grey.
We live in a world of colour, so why do we so often reduce things to black and white?
